I previously had a nightmare of an experience at a different repair shop so although the price is high, I know it's being repaired correctly here. I really like the videos I get from the mechanics after they inspect it and that also makes me confident that it's being done right. Everyone is always very welcoming and helpful including the shuttle drivers. The communication about my vehicle from drop-off to pickup is excellent each time too.
