Tom is unhelpful and very unprofessional. He acts like he is swamped and stretched thin, like he is doing it all himself but he refuses to help with anything, won’t even refer you to maintenance, you have to figure out how to get a hold of them on your own if you need emergency maintenance. And god forbid you have a problem with another tenant, he won’t talk with them at all and expects you to confront them. Why the hell am I paying rent if he won’t enforce the rules of tenancy?? ABSOLUTELY 5 STAR. Tom is the best. Helped us with the entire process of purchasing a property. Helped with all aspects and also helped us to get to the right people for closing, inspection and repairs we needed. Helped us to get a great price on the property as well. Have not met anyone so knowledgeable on real estate in the Iowa City/Coralville/Cedar Rapids area. Thanks again Tom.
