I brought my vehicle in for body work repair and mechanical work. They were quick to get me in. They were also quick to get the work done as well. Due to using aftermarket parts, which I approved them to do so, there was an issue with one of the parts. I had to bring the vehicle back in and they made it a priority to get it in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Thanks again.
David Keith was so kind to me when I brought my car in cuz someone hit me in a parking lot while I was in the bank and it was my first accident so I didn’t know the process! So he walked me thru it. And was so very kind of me
My vehicle was involved in a deer accident and a barbed wire fence. The damage was pretty extensive. I expected the shop to take a while repairing it as it needed both mechanical and cosmetic work done. However, in under a month, we got it back. We were charged 1,000 dollars for the deductible, and my insurance was charged over 14k. After getting it home, I noticed many spots that were left unpainted, exposing the metal, and the windshield reservoir was cracked and not replaced. And these were the things I could see. It is never a pleasant experience to have auto body work done on one’s car. Fortunately, this auto body shop provides extraordinary service, which goes a long way toward reducing the unpleasantness of this experience. In particular, they did everything they could to minimize inconvenience while they were working on my car. Their work is outstanding and they do it at a very fair price. I would give them a 6 star rating if I could.
They suck at their job!!! Our $4K estimate turned into $12K after we dropped the vehicle off. They did tell us it may be a little more or less depending on what they find but triple? You did a horrible job with the original estimate because we would have never dropped the car off if you were honest to begin with!
