Wife hit a deer while visiting Rochester. I hade it brought here because they're a KIA and Honda dealer body shop. I will be in the market for a vehicle for my daughter in a couple of months, and will buy it from them because of the way we were treated. They found me a rental, kept me informed and updated. Repairs were delayed due to parts issues, but that's not they're fault. I live in Mankato, and this is the dealership I will now do my business with.
I can't express how thorough and considerate these guys and gals are. My car is still in the shop for repairs and they are consistent with updating me on its status. Every phone call is smooth and they are very kind.
-- Update Things got sorted out well eventually, the story was all about efficient communications. --- Update Guess what, the proposed solution is a fake, the cost of rental vehicle was entirely charged to my credit card, I sent the bill to Scott and I asked the rental company to reach out to Scott, there is no communication back and it was not done as what your supervisor Scott promised. I brought my vehicle in for body work repair and mechanical work. They were quick to get me in. They were also quick to get the work done as well. Due to using aftermarket parts, which I approved them to do so, there was an issue with one of the parts. I had to bring the vehicle back in and they made it a priority to get it in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Thanks again.
David Keith was so kind to me when I brought my car in cuz someone hit me in a parking lot while I was in the bank and it was my first accident so I didn’t know the process! So he walked me thru it. And was so very kind of me
