Tom Jue was our service provider for our alarm system. After repeated requests for an annual inspection that were ignored for weeks, he finally agreed to come to our site. Before doing so, he called the Fire Department to tell them we were out of compliance with our inspection (due to his failure to come perform the inspection we requested of him).
