I have tryed multiple times to reach out to Camping World in Wentzville Mo and they keep telling me they will call back, But no one does. They contacted my credit union about a trailer I wanted and My credit union told me thay would approve a certain amount . Then I told them I was interested and I needed to know What the total amount was going to be. Went to camping world in Colfax nc on 7-2-23 found a camper that we liked.Salesman’s had us come into is office so we could talk about credit, they ran credit check-we passed came back said they needed some documents and papers, they then told us they needed the down payment got that, took the stuff to them on Thursday 7-6-23 we looked at the camper 1 more time noticed they put up a sold sign with our name on it said they would call us back to sign the papers and take home our camper…..we’ll still no call back, but we have c... read more
This is the absolute WORST service department I have experienced! We paid these people THOUSANDS of dollars to fix problems that they never fixed! In one instance we bought all new tires for our RV from them, brought it back because they were vibrating and they assured us that they were perfect, installed correctly and guaranteed our safety. In April of last year, we made a significant investment in a brand new Jayco travel trailer from Camping World, and regrettably, it has been an absolute nightmare ever since. Despite being under warranty, our unit has spent over 9 months in service, which amounts to 9 out of the 14 months we've owned it. It's incredibly frustrating to have had to deal with Camping World's sheer incompetence for such a long time. we took our RV in for new air conditioner. Never have we had such wonderful treatment as we did from service department. Alisa,Brian, Jerrad, Dave made our visit there outstanding and really fun. we were there over 5 hours and they were just fabulous. the treatment we got from them is what will keep bringing us back there were few other in service dept. as well i didnt get all of there names but they were all amazing. the gentleman who installed our air conditioner did fabulous job. .We highly recommend camping world of val... read more
Don't ask any questions on a Sunday. Billy from service was completely arrogant and zero help. Needed a basic generic trim part all RV;s have and he responded that they will have to go with an OEM part. Irresponsible and nonsense. Have some other choice words, but what a jerk! Less than one star, again ZERO, but had to put something in.
So much to say and none of it is any good. To start with, we had a new a/c unit installed and a new refrigerator in August 2022. The day we picked up the coach no one told us anything about the replacements. In January winter 2023 our first trip in the coach, we had no heat. Right to the problem. Their tech did not set up the two a/c units with our on board Aqua- Hot that controls the heat. It's getting all the dip switches in the right configuration and then set-up the thermostat. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRAILER OR RV HERE!!!!!!! When I say that my husband and I experienced the most shockingly HORRIFIC customer service of our lives, it is a GROSS understatement. The neglect, belligerence, and apathy demonstrated by the manager and service staff at the Avondale, AZ Camping World location was astonishing.
