Let me tell you about my Camping World experience. Purchase a new Montana High Country from Camping World. Had to turn it in for warranty work shortly after purchase. Camping World in Longmont Colorado hit my unit with another camper. Had to wait over 3 months for repair. After it was repaired Camping World returned my unit. During transport all the trim they removed for the warranty work fell off and knocked holes in my floor, damaged the table, and cabinets. Had to turn it back in for trim and floor repair. They had it for... read more

As a first time camper buyer, I found that my experience at Camping World to be very good. Specifically, I can say that Kevin Wormser helped my wife and I through the entire process. Mr. Wormser was not high-pressure and actually helped us to find an option that saved my family and I a few thousand dollars. Kevin was patient and gave us good insight regarding the practical considerations in the use of a camper (my wife and I valued this input). Kevin was honest and never "pushy" and we found his own camping experiences to be... read more

Referred a friend here based on reviews. Not only did they NOT fix the issues on the RV, but they caused additional problems after charging almost $8,000 for nothing. The customer service was piss poor, the management was unhelpful, and actually rude. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism and nonchalance from a seemingly top tier company. 0/10 would recommend again. I actually listened in over the phone while management blamed my friend for issues with the RV that were not fixed. I was stunned! I am so upset, that ... read more

Go across the street. You have to show your license to have them show you anything. High pressure. Think timeshares!

DON'T BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD Dear Mr. Marcus Lemonis, I am writing to let you know about the ongoing issues and unresolved matters we have been having concerning the purchase and subsequent service of our RV at Camping World Las Vegas. I sent an email on July 24th, 2023, detailing the numerous challenges and disappointments we encountered during the purchase process. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to communicate and seek resolutions, the situation has not improved, and we find ourselves compelled to escalate the matte... read more

This is going to be a long post but necessary to prevent others from similar experiences with Camping World. Our experience has been with Camping World/Rv's.com in Sherwood and the corporate offices. Our contact with corporate has been Karla. `1. Do not purchase-we experienced so much deceit with no effort to make it right. 2. Check their Better Business Bureau Rating and reviews online. There are facebook groups with horror stories you can join. 3. We were deceived in purchasing a warranty. They only presented 4 options w... read more

Ridiculous policies. We shouldn’t have to give our personal information before simply looking at the rv. We are lifetime RVers who will NEVER return here. When we refused to give our phone number and email, they rudely insisted that we had to if we wanted to be sent into inventory area!why? My $$$ will be spent somewhere else!!!

BUYER BEWARE -- If you're under the guise that buying an RV from what seems to be a reputable dealer is the way to go; make sure you do your homework about their policies and procedures, and bring your own mechanic. If you plan on spending 50% in markups in comparison to Facebook Marketplace because you think your concern will be prioritized, do yourself a favor and find an extended warranty to purchase for 10% of the selling price, and buy from ANYWHERE else. My experience may be one very unique, specific one; but at th... read more

Bought a 2021 Keystone Outback. The guy that gave me the orientation was good as was the guy that delivered our camper. After the camper was delivered, we opened the slides and the floor was filthy. Leaves and pine straw were everywhere. There were a lot of small finishing nails also. Several items were not fixed that they said they would fix. I gave 2 stars. 1 for the orientation and 1 for delivery.
