Total Rip off / Deceptive Sales Practices Salesman Jori Stewart was willing to endanger my 7 year olds life for an over priced sale. He and Camping World took full advantage of my lack of knowledge on RVs, towing, and my situation of facing homelessness to sale me a Camper trailer that He promised my vehicle could tow. I inquired about an RV at CW-Raleigh a week and a half ago. We were looking for our first RV. I spoke to Cindy who had Matt contact me to help. They both shared their knowledge with me on purchase, financing & tips. They went above and beyond to try to find us the right RV to meet our wants. Even though we made a purchase else where, I would never hesitate to contact them in the future.
Buyer beware: this Camping World location engages in unethical business practices. Unfortunately, I purchased my Nexus motorhome here and was charged a $3,995 Go-Camping fee, which was supposed to include a detailed walkthrough of the motorhome's operation, thorough cleaning, preparation, and fixing of any obvious issues, as well as topping off the fuel and propane tanks. I would give Camping World of Harrisburg Pa a 0 star review, we bought a fifth wheel camper and had it shipped to Texas. First they didn’t clean it like they said, also was supposed to have a sealer put on it to give it a 3-5 year warranty that wasn’t done I have called numerous times and no reply, they were nice as pie when we were up there signing papers but after that it was screw us haven’t heard from them in 3 weeks what a disgrace to the camping community horrible folks there I wouldn’t give them another penny ever.

I could give ZERO stars, TRUST ME, I WOULD. BUYER BEWARE. Hubby and I purchased our FIRST camper in September 2023. Aaron was our salesperson and knowingly sold my husband and I a camper that is way above our trucks towing capacity and he was well aware of our trucks make, model, and towing capacity at time of sale. We reached out immediately after taking our camper our ONE TIME and it broke our truck. I was told that there is nothing that they can do.
