My family and I are new to Lincoln City and received a less than warm welcome from Tom & John's Repair Services. While describing our vehicle issue over the phone I was interrupted and talked down to with great disrespect. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Our honest hard earned money will go to an honest hard working business.
