deeelicious! easily the best bbq in all of so, florida. not the friendliest staff and there's always long lines. but it's worth it - and after you try it, you will return time and time again. if you're in a rush, call-in your order ahead of time.
Not Impressed with the Food. – As I was forced to patronized this establishment by a friend whom visited there the day before. I enjoyed the taste of the sauce at Tom Jenkins Barbeque, the ribs were just Average. However the beef brisket was the WORST I ever had in my life. Best BBQ in Florida – I love barbecue. When I travel for business or pleasure, I search for the best BBQ in the city and the next time I visit I try another. I have ate BBQ in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Delray, West Palm Beach, Stuart, Vero, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Melbourne, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa. Service is terrible, nasty employees, avoid at all cost – Non existing customer service, employees have a terrible arrogant attitude. Food is not that bad, but the employees make it a less than memorable experience. I will never return. Im 55 year old and never in my life have I gone to a place with such terrible service.
No alcohol, credit cards or attitude--just barbecue. – In Short Inside, this humble spot is decorated with a mix of music memorabilia and country trinkets, with seating provided by picnic tables indoors and outdoors. Awesome ribs – Great ribs. Smothered in BBQ sauce. So much that I asked for the sauce on the side when I went back a few days later to get more ribs. The sauce did not cost 50cents extra. It is of course included. The smoked ribs without sauce were just as delicious. No long waiting. Orders taken quickly and food ready within a few minutes.
Not impressed....... – From everyone else's reviews, I thought I was in for a real treat. Having been to some of the greatest bbq places in Kansas City, Memphis, and Texas, I'd like to think that I know what good barbecue is. Yes, the ambience was right for a good bbq joint.
