Very personable and courteous service. Waited for car in a very comfortable waiting room. Was told service would take about 3 hours. Car was ready after 2 hours. Received a detailed receipt and multi-points inspection sheet with The Works maintenance program. Well worth the extra cost to know car is operating optimally. Car was returned clean inside and out(washed). Fluids topped off and tire pressure on all tires checked and air added as needed.
