I had heard many good things about this about this business prior to taking my auto there several months ago. Unfortunately, I paid his higher price ($150) for detailing--upholstery shampooing, etc and my car looked just the same as I was driving it away from his business. Not all of the carpet had been vacuumed, let alone shampooed; my seats were still filthy. I have trouble "making a scene" or complaining, but he did offer to "make it good".
