I had heard many good things about this about this business prior to taking my auto there several months ago. Unfortunately, I paid his higher price ($150) for detailing--upholstery shampooing, etc and my car looked just the same as I was driving it away from his business. Not all of the carpet had been vacuumed, let alone shampooed; my seats were still filthy. I have trouble "making a scene" or complaining, but he did offer to "make it good". RecommendedMy whole car detailing experience was GREAT. Tom is a very honest man who wants all the customers to be satisfied with their work. My Escape looked new when it left the shop. I recommend this place 100%
I never paid to have my car detailed and was extremely happy with the finished look and price. I was happy with the upholstery cleaning as well. I would definitely let a friend know. Everyone was extremely nice! I enjoyed talking with Tom and hearing his tall tales. Lol.
Great Work
My husband and I took our Subaru Legacy to these fellows today and they did an absolute excellent job. She was very filthy and they made her look just like she did when we bought her. We will definitely return again and again.
Terrible customer service. Once they have you money forget it. If you have a gift card it will "expire" very quickly.
As a treat for Father's Day, I took my husband's VERY dirty Subaru Outback to Tom Hightower ,411 N. Vermilion- for a complete cleaning and W0W I could not believe it but the car looks and smells like a new car. They really gave me exceptional service and a very good price! I ended up taking my two cars- one is a classic VW convertible and they also came home good as new.
