My BMW 3 series broke down and I towed to Tom Hesser BMW. They diagnosed it and said that it would cost from 3k to 5k to repair. The problem ended up being a lose bolt. BE CAUTIOUS with this dealer. They try to trick people who don't understand cars. Very crooked and unprofessional business practices. STAY AWAY.
