Excellent assistance/service!!
Horrible customer service!!! They do great when you're getting insurance, but if you need to cancel, they refuse to respond to your requests. I sent four emails to Linda Tomlinson, none of which received a reply, trying to get my insurance cancelled. I finally had to call them (I was recording them) and threaten to sue them, to get the situation resolved. I would definitely not recommend using Tom Harbert. I have been with Tom for over 12 years and I have never had a single complaint. My previous insurance agent was a family friend with Farmers Insurance, but a good friend recommended that I talk to Tom instead - I have never doubted my decision to switch companies and do business with Tom Harbert. Both him and his staff are absolutely amazing - friendly, efficient, accessible, and always able to help with any issue that comes up. To this day, I continue to refer all of my friends and family to Tom with the utmost confidence.
Everyone at Tom Harbert's office is great, except Tom himself. I have had insurance through his office for over 15 years, and should of changed offices if not companies after our first claim with him 12 years ago. Tom, has no clue what is going on in his office, he is never there and is clueless to the way StateFarm operates. I am fed up with his service and will be changing immediately. Be warned!
They offer comprehensive policies for every need. I honestly don't know how competitive they are regarding cost because their service level makes the premium worth pretty much anything. . I have been with Tom Harbert's office since 1993. The customer service they provide is the best I have ever encounterd. They always remember my name when I call; They try to make sure I get the biggest bang for my buck, and have suggested things I can do to help reduce our premium.
