Tom was extraordinary! Embarking on our first house purchase we did not know what to expect, except expecting it to be overwhelming and stressful. But to our surprise it was quite the opposite! Tom was super responsive, answering every single question we had and taking his time to explain things until we finally understood it! He was super friendly, understanding and it felt more like I was working with a friend! Tom even showed up to our closing which was really nice of him!
Tom has been the best loan officer we have ever worked with. This is not our first home purchase but this is the first time we've ever had the kind of assistance and care from a loan company that we have had from Tom.
