Worst customer service I've ever experienced from an insurance agent, won't fix their screw up on my policy, can never get anyone on the phone and when you do they put you on endless holds until the call disconnects... Save your money and go somewhere else who actually wants to provide you with a service and not keep you on hold for half the day for a simple policy change
I've been with Tom Guckian State Farm for over 30 years. Although I haven't always been satisfied with the customer relations experiences and service received (hence the 3-star rating,) KAYLA has always been amazing! She is incredibly knowledgable, respectful, kind and patient with me in explaining answers to my many insurance questions. And she responds quickly to my requests for insurance documents needed from time to time. She's a keeper for sure!
You should stick to selling overpriced insurance and not making uninformed political points on your sign to alienate half your audience
Pésimo servicio al cliente y 0 comunicación te ocultan las cosas y al final siempre se salen con la de ellos estuve casi dos años pagando sobre 80 dólares más de seguro y cuando me di cuenta fue q personal de ellos pusieron un accidente en mi récord por el cual yo nunca recibí ni un centavo,al final terminé cancelando la póliza y van más de 40 días y todavía no recibo mi reembolso.No creo q sea justo jugar con el dinero ajeno.En dos ocasiones perdí hablar con el Sr Tom y nunca pude o por vacaciones o por enfermedad pero nunc... read more
