Do not bring your trade here; see attached photo. This was my trade. These clowns told me the KBB Value for my trade was $10,000, but they would "do me a favor" and give me $13,000 for it. I had previously had it appraised and was told it was worth $16,000. I asked them to give me $15,500 for it, and they said, "It's not worth that!" I came in, via appointment, for an oil change/tire rotation/fuel filter changed. The service advisor recommended some additional services to include a coolant flush and a brake fluid flush. I was waiting for the vehicle in your Customer lobby. It’s always very comfortable in there with those plush leather chairs you have. The work was completed, including the additional services, in a very reasonable amount of time. Your service advisor was very professional and polite. Always a pleasure getting my vehicle serviced there.
Thank you to everyone who had a part in the purchase of my vehicle. I may be a little biased because I work with our sales and finance department everyday but I am extremely thankful for the care that Adam, Michael and Kyle showed me knowing it a was a hard but right decision.
