I purchased my vehicle here in 2024 and the service is always really good, but they almost NEVER wash my car when I take it in for servicing. Car washes are free when you purchase a vehicle from them, but despite me asking each time for my wash it doesn’t get done. Unfortunately most people don’t have an extra 20 minutes to waste going back inside to ask AGAIN for them to run it through the wash. It’s disappointing. Love all the employees and the rest of the service, but this happening almost every time is really annoying.

I brought my 2019 Equinox, aka (Jazzmine) in due to the tire senor light remained on even though all four tires had full air capacity. Ken, the technician went to check out the problem and discovered that both front tires needed the tire sensor replaced. My husband asked Ken how long would it be, and Ken told him no more than 30 minutes. Ken was true to his word. And I asked could I use my reward points towards the repair cost and he said of course.
