I recently purchased a house that had a roof replaced by this company 3 years ago. After the last rain storm, I noticed significant leaking from the roof in 3 places - 2 near the edge and 1 towards the center of the roof. I called to get the roof warrantied and they told me that warranties were not transferable even though the work was done only 3 years ago.
Came out the next day gave me a price and was reasonable priced
