My first time here i was very worried about the idea of physical therapy. The staff here has been amazing and nothing but reassuring and understanding about my pain and fear of recovery. I would give 10 stars if I could.

My daughter received physical therapy with Kernersville Rehab for almost a year. We first started when she was a few months old for torticollis and continued until she caught up with her crawling and walking milestones. Her physical therapist, Aeryal, has been phenomenal! My daughter takes a long time to warm-up to people, and Aeryal remained patient and creative as she worked to find ways to help my daughter. The entire staff were always incredibly friendly during our visits. I would highly recommend Kernersville Rehab!

I got into a severe car crash which caused pain in my neck, back, and shoulder. Kernersville Rehab were able to provide me with home exercises that were greatly helpful along with the treatment at their facility. A huge proponent of my recovery was the use of dry needling and H-wave in problem areas. I could not be more grateful to all the staff that helped me recover efficiently and properly.

I recently started a series of physical therapy sessions for my shoulder, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience and results. After struggling with pain and limited mobility due to a labrum tear. I was referred to physical therapy—after surgery and it was a game-changer. My therapist Sean went above and beyond and took the time to assess my condition thoroughly and developed a personalized treatment plan that included stretching, strengthening exercises, and manual therapy.
