mom brought my daughter in for ear pain - appointment made same day that I called and I waited 10 minutes before i was seen by Dr Tom - The staff was very helpful and courteous - he explained the meds that were prescribed for my daughter - my experience was a very positive one - I would recommend Dr Tom to my friends
Parent My daughter's swollen eyelid turned out to be an infected contagious issue, even though Dr. Tom said it was nothing to worry about. My daughter's glands swelled up the eye got worse and she had spots all over her face. It then spread to me on my face and one of my other sons got it. All the while she was going to school. Dr. Tom misdiagnosed the issue. I called Dr. Tom's office a few times and he would not get on the phone or call me back. Great Doctor! Doctor Tom is a great doctor! He is very friendly, the parking for his office is great! He is a very gentle doctor with the children. The office and patient rooms are very pleasant.
What a great doctor I loved this doctor. He was so good with the kids. He's knowledgable and kind. You can tell as soon as you meet him that he's in the right business. What a gifted man.
