Our car was overheating towing our caravan across to Dubbo from Maitland on a 40+ degree day. Called Tom and he told us to bring it straight in. They scanned it for any codes and nothing came up, checked everything else it could be and came to the conclusion of just a hot day towing a heavy load and an obstructed radiator from my bullbar and winch. Tom refused to charge me anything for his time and expertise. Fantastic service, would 100% recommend.
I recently took a car to TDM to have a pre purchase check done. Tom was very thorough and I was very appreciative that he could fit me in the same day I’d called. I was nade to feel so at ease that I have booked in a service on the same car which was purchased. I will be using TDM for any future requirements. Great team at TDM.
Tom and his crew did an excellent service on our Kia recently for a reasonable price. A few days later we needed a quick repair after a mishap on 3 hr drive to the airport where we left it for a week. On our return to the airport we limped the car over to Tom, and he worked on it immediately so we could drive the 3hrs home with our directors. So appreciate his help.

Called in with daughters car which was overheating. Tom said to leave car with them and they would diagnose problem. Diagnosed and quote prepared and accepted and Tom said they would source parts and attempt to fit the job in and have it ready the next day. Was ready for pick up next day. Good old fashioned country helpfull friendly service with modern technology.
