Excellent in all aspects. Helped us out greatly in doing a log book service required Service report far exceeded Dealer reports. Only sorry now I didn’t get more work done. If in Dubbo again I would definitely. Thank You Tom and Crew.
TDM is a phenomenal value for money business. Tom is always quick to understand an issue that needs to be diagnosed, and will service and maintain your car to the highest of standard. I have never had an unreasonable price and always trust his judgment on what is required. Brand new cars or older vehicles no problem.
Our car was overheating towing our caravan across to Dubbo from Maitland on a 40+ degree day. Called Tom and he told us to bring it straight in. They scanned it for any codes and nothing came up, checked everything else it could be and came to the conclusion of just a hot day towing a heavy load and an obstructed radiator from my bullbar and winch. Tom refused to charge me anything for his time and expertise. Fantastic service, would 100% recommend.
Called in with daughters car which was overheating. Tom said to leave car with them and they would diagnose problem. Diagnosed and quote prepared and accepted and Tom said they would source parts and attempt to fit the job in and have it ready the next day. Was ready for pick up next day. Good old fashioned country helpfull friendly service with modern technology.
I would like to give Tom Duggan and his team at TDM a high five plug. After moving to the central west a year ago Tom and TDM were highly recommended to us for servicing and repairs of European, Japanese and Korean vehicles. TDM has conducted several services and repairs for my wife daughter and I on Volkswagon, Nissan and Kia vehicles.
