Our car was overheating towing our caravan across to Dubbo from Maitland on a 40+ degree day. Called Tom and he told us to bring it straight in. They scanned it for any codes and nothing came up, checked everything else it could be and came to the conclusion of just a hot day towing a heavy load and an obstructed radiator from my bullbar and winch. Tom refused to charge me anything for his time and expertise. Fantastic service, would 100% recommend.
I would like to give Tom Duggan and his team at TDM a high five plug. After moving to the central west a year ago Tom and TDM were highly recommended to us for servicing and repairs of European, Japanese and Korean vehicles. TDM has conducted several services and repairs for my wife daughter and I on Volkswagon, Nissan and Kia vehicles. Tom and his crew did an excellent service on our Kia recently for a reasonable price. A few days later we needed a quick repair after a mishap on 3 hr drive to the airport where we left it for a week. On our return to the airport we limped the car over to Tom, and he worked on it immediately so we could drive the 3hrs home with our directors. So appreciate his help.
From booking my car in for a service, to picking it up, NOTHING was a hassle! Great service all round, Friendly faces, excellent job done on my car service, professional business and just genuinely lovely people to deal with. Well done Tom, Alana and team at TDM. I recently took a car to TDM to have a pre purchase check done. Tom was very thorough and I was very appreciative that he could fit me in the same day I’d called. I was nade to feel so at ease that I have booked in a service on the same car which was purchased. I will be using TDM for any future requirements. Great team at TDM.
