Mixed experience at Grand Island Hyundai. The drop-off started on a great note—I went to the wrong building initially, and a helpful gentleman actually rode with me to direct me to the correct location and get things started smoothly. Excellent customer service there. Pickup, however, was another story. My vehicle was in for recall work on the rear quarter panel tint.
