Recently purchased a new Palisade from Grand Island Motor Company Hyundai.. I worked with Adrian Velazquez.. he was amazing to work with, answered all our questions and got his entire team to help us get a great deal put together on a new car purchase. I will not discredit the "Dealership" or their service in the whole. I do not discredit their multipoint inspection, it is a good courtesy. So on those merrits, yes, they are good. I give them a fail on these points: when I called to make an appointment for an oil change, I was offered a tire rotation, I declined and stated "just an oil change" I also explained at that time it was not my vehicle and if anything else needed to be done the owner would contact them with further instructions, also at that time we discussed payme... read more
