I recently visited this dealership to purchase a Santa Fe and was surprised by the high-pressure sales environment. I encountered multiple salespeople who seemed to be competing with each other, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. They all were fighting over the sale. My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing due to poor management and a lack of professionalism. The environment felt disorganized and uncomfortable, and the high employee turnover only reinforced my concerns about how the business is run. While one staff member was already assisting me, a very professionally carried employee, another employee rushed in and processed my payment through the phone without proper communication with the employee that was originally helping me. Feels like everybody working in part and service department here always give you stink eye. Never greet and never smiled.
Although it is no longer Tom Dinsdale's, I was still treated with the same courtesy and efficiency in the service dept. Cliff is a great person with a smile on his face and explains everything they do to the car and the billing. I've bought 3 new vehicals so far and plan more.
Purchased a Hyundai Kona and Zach Martinez couldn't have been any more helpful in the process. He did a great job!
