I came in with just a question about what I was seeing on the dashboard display screen of my 2022 Hyundai Kona. They could see i just had a question so they brought me inside the service, did not ask me any other questions, no paperwork, and quickly answered my question/ concern. Super nice people!!! Made me feel like didn't ask some stupid question. Smiled and sent me on my way. A small dealership....but I would give service department an A+
Set an appointment for an oil change on my Honda and was told they wouldn't do it and I had to go to the Chevrolet dealership--after I said I have always had my oil changed here and would just go somewhere else he agreed. Guess I won't be back.
