I tried to rent an apartment through one of their realtors and she told that I could do everything electronically to rent it. Knowing that I signed the lease with making a deposition of $1500. Then the landlord and HOA made me come to in person interview during a pandemic, otherwise, I would have had to forfeit my deposition.
Tom Day worked hard with us when we attempted to purchase a home in Ft Lauderdale. The deal failed through no fault of his. Tom was always helpful, transparent and patient. I can recommend him without hesitation.
They called me today. I never had any deals with this company. I do not know where they obtained my phone number. My number has been in the DNC registry since 2006. Thye should do their due delligence and chech there before calling anybody. I just want them to take me out of their obviously purchased list of numbers to call. I told them that but the guy who called hung up and then they called me later again. It's ridiculous!
What a mediocre real estate company! Agents do not either return calls/emails or not show properties on Saturdays. if I could I would give no star at all! The agents ' names are Iris Edri and Karmit Krespi. The latter one I was trying to do business with her refused to come to my home to return the keys because she does not wish to spend gas.
