I contracted with Tom Craig Builders/ Therma Builders to build a small home to be completed on 2/2021. False statements, deceit throughout the process, Had to involve Pasco Sheriff. Tom Drunasky owner did not have funds to pay subcontractor, numerous lies. Only 9 days of on site work done since start. Co owner Eric T Wooten has history of fraud, grand theft, bad check, defrauding financial institutions and other crimes. Has formed other corporations and closed within the year. They are running a scam they use money from one project to cover the cost of another while giving customers the run around ultimately I got my money back after threating to call the police over 9 months of games and run around...I was finally given a post dated check that I had to hold on to for well over a week to be able to cash it...no matter what the review say stay away from this "company" they are running scams...n August 3, 2020 I signed a contract and provided a check in the amount of $6,770.00 to have a bathroom add... read more

We recently hired Tom Craig Remodeling & Building to install new baseboards in our home. What a great move! Their customer service was the best. They were on time, on budget and their craftsmanship was flawless. They also made suggestions on other home improvement projects that I had in play. I recommend Tom Craig Remodeling & Building to all my friends and will definitely hire them for future home improvements.

I had a very pleasent time working with tomcraig remodeling. All staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgable. I look forward to working with them sometime in the near future.
