Tom came as a suggestion to me from a good agent friend for a referral out to the Williamsburg area. He took such excellent care of our client, helping them navigate high emotions with grace and understanding during their forever home purchase. Highly recommend Tom Coffey and his diligent team for an easy home buying experience! As someone that always has to be “in the know,” I really appreciated that Tom always kept us in the loop about what was going on. Not ONCE did I have to ask for updates or follow up. Not only was Tom absolutely on it, but he has a wealth of knowledge about all things home buying, renovations, and rentals! He has great connections and was able to recommend a wonderful lender. Buying a house was the most stressful thing I have ever done. But I was lucky to have Tom guiding my family and I through the process. His communication was fast and he worked around my scheduling needs with no problem. He shared his knowledge and never pushed us one way or the other.
