I was very disappointed my tomato soup is cold and then I heard an employee told customer I’m sorry we don’t take coupons here we already have enough bills to pay so I guess you’ll be struggling some more to pay your bills because I will no longer be a customer of yours
walked by their location in Cincinnati as I was visiting them went to it the next day for lunch. i love grilled cheese sandwiches, but these guys make MONSTER grilled cheese sandwiches. ended up getting the grilled mac n cheese. it was so damn good! to anyone who's a grilled cheese lover, you gotta go to Tom and Chee. you won't be disappointed.
Been going here for 3 years and loved it but since the Gold Star purchase the service and quality has gone downhill. The menu has changed/No more hummus and the wheatberry bread isn't the same. Our order was messed up/ no turkey in sandwich and cheese was almost non-existent.
For a place that prides itself on handling gluten free foods safely, this location was absolutely horrible. We asked to speak with a manager, after a few minutes the manager yelled to another worker that they should offer us white bread....then asked if that had gluten in it. She would not even come speak with us directly, she was too busy stirring soup to spend a moment with us. If I could give it less than 1 star I would, what an absolute joke. Thanks for ruining our day, we will NOT be back to your chain again.
