Tom was on top of it! He made the long process of a HUD loan much easier to deal with. Very knowledge and informed me every step of the way.
Tom has extensive knowledge about the real estate market, the sales process, and home maintenance all of which helped make selling my father's house a smooth process. Tom is the most knowledgeable and awesome Realator I have ever worked with. I have used Tom to help me sell and buy several homes. He brings a wealth of realestate knowledge but what sets him apart is his is construction knowledge. He is very proactive to call out good and not so good items throughout every house.
