I love the service department here, everything from the scheduling to wait time is superior. From the time you arrive you’re sent a text with the status of your vehicle. Should any issue arise they communicate via text, video, and phone call. And the pricing is fair. I’m new to the VW family and they have not made me regret my decision. I never mind waiting because. The waiting area is functional with WiFi, outlets to charge devices, plenty of seating, and FREE snacks.
Sean was attentive and prompt with servicing my vehicle and communicating and the technician as well! Thank you for a great experience.
