Jennifer in the Service department was such a pleasure to work with. She was thorough and went out of her way to make my experience the best it could be. It was greatly appreciated
30k mileage check up, wiper blades, tire rotation, 2 air filters cost about $750. Cheaper upkeep than my Mercedes. Took about 2.5 hours. Friendly service. A car wash would’ve been nice. ( They may have hosed it off). Waiting room needs more food/beverage choices.
I came in for an oil leak for my 2022 Tiguan. I was told by Chris that a seal on my oil pan was worn down and the part had to ordered and I would be called when the part came in. That was August 12th and a month later still haven't heard anything from anybody. Also if a part is worn down and needs to be replaced for a vehicle that's only 3 years old doesn't speak to will on the quality of the manufacturer
Bought my car here 2 years ago. They’ve always been great in the service department. I purchased the tire and wheel warranty package and have used it twice with no problems! Even repaired my wheel when I hit a curb ! 👍
