terrible customer service from their manager Sheila, she did not want to provide with the Vehicle Check for my car, despite my request and red light on the screen - she was trying to return me my car as it is, and when I rejected to do it, she was disrespectful and rude instead of helping me to make my car reliable and safe to drive.
