Wonderful experience the other day: Alison, the service advisor, is knowledgeable and attentive. Alison kept me updated during a lengthy visit requiring mechanical repairs and an oil change. Amazingly, Kyle, the mechanic, even texted videos of his assessment as he worked on my car! The final bill matched the estimate and was more than fair. As ‘the face’ of Bush Mini, Alison is the perfect representative: intelligent, informative and smiling! And I’m a happy customer.
Sometime last year I decided it was time to consider either re-upping my 2021 Mini Countryman’s extended warranty or buying a new Mini, probably a Countryman. I like sitting up high and I LOVE Mini’s. I’ll probably drive a Mini until my “ungrateful” Son confiscates my keys.
