With the first impression of the greeting by Sean, a Mini Motoring Advisor, I knew he was their leading knowledge guy on Mini’s. Answered all my questions without referencing AI and was spot on with information /demo/facts/comparisons during our test drive. I’m still comparing other vehicles but all my Mini questions were addressed and I’ll be back to see Sean if I decide on the Mini being right for us. Well done Tom Bush in having the right guy representing the product to us the consumers. It does NOT happen all the time!

A day well spent! My wife and I had a wonderful purchase experience with Lori at Tom Bush Mini. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about the nuances of different Mini Cooper models. Lori and Todd, the General Manager, were very patient, kind and full of knowledge, helping us settle on the perfect Mini. We love the car and feel like we just made a couple of life long friends. Thank you for a wonderful day and an amazingly fun new Mini Cooper Convertible !
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The sales woman had absolutely NO knowledge of the product (Lori-y Muller), she became very irritated with my questions, very dismissive and showed no desire to retain our business even after I told her we were also considering a Subaru. She never took our information or even showed us the showroom. Glad we bough a Subaru and my wife will get her Mini from another place, where they do want our business and can answer our questions and receive good customer service.
Great experience working with Lori. We found Tom Bush MINI to provide an exceptional sales experience and attention to detail. This is our second mini Cooper in our family and we love how consistent Tom Bish mini is regarding customer experience. Very relaxed and professional sales approach. Lori was amazing answering all of our many questions and consider Lori a subject matter expert when it come's to the new 2026 Mini Cooper we purchased.
