Edit to add: make the trip to Fields BMW in Daytona!!!! You won’t regret it unlike this place! I had a horrible experience with Tom Bush Auto Group. Please do thorough research on this auto dealer before going off multiple fake reviews and buying from this group. Hector was my sales rep. Their parts department has the best customer service from any dealership I’ve ever interacted with. When I called, Marco was extremely knowledgeable, helped me figure out exactly what parts I needed to fix my car, gave prices, & drafted me a quote while having an amazing attitude. I usually never consider buying parts from a dealer, but I think the quality of my interaction today has changed my mind for future part needs.
Our experience at Tom Bush was excellent. Our sales consultant, Bobby Gest, was great. He was very thorough and caring! He covered every option on our BMW and ensured we knew how to operate everything! He is by far the best sales consultant we have ever had or other vehicle purchases! The dealership was super clean and well organized! We would and will recommend Bobby Gest and Tom Bush BMW to our family and friends!
