Do not do business with them! They take advantage of elderly customers. My 80 year old grandfather brought his car here for repairs, paid in full, and picked it up on 12/26/25, only for the exact same problem to happen the very next day. My wife and I had a great experience at Tom Bush BMW with Mehmet who worked with us. He had excellent knowledge of the car, was very patient going through the car set-up and got us a good deal with our trade-in. The whole process was streamlined and painless. We were very happy with everything, thanks to Mehmet.

I also want to thank the sales manager Moose for doing everything he could to get us what we wanted and the financial advisor Sheila for making all of the financial part and breakdown to everything smoothly. Me and my husband appreciate the willingness, the laughs ... read more
