This is one of the best experiences I have had in buying a car. John was a great salesman and did not portray the stigma that car salesmen have. He understood what we wanted at first and when we pivoted to a different car he was there to support. He answered all our questions and was very polite. The whole experience was awesome and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
Unlike Gainesville location, these guys are amazing! Customer satisfaction is at the top and it’s about morals and not profits. They even got me an uber during rush hour. Also shoutout to JD, for helping me out smoothly and going above and beyond during my service.
Been dealing with Tom Bush for many many years and have purchased several vehicles over the years(spent about $300k over the years between sales and service). Went in recently to purchase a new 7 Series sedan. Both the salesman and sales manager knew NOTHING about the car..Asked a few questions and they said “we will research and get back to you” really?!
