Absolutely not. These people and State Farm Insurance are corrupt and are guilty of consumer fraud. Do not do business with them under any circumstance. If you do, you will be taken advantage of for monetary gain.
Mr. Tom is very easy to get in touch with and checks in frequently to be sure everything is taken care of after an accident. When purchasing a new car, he makes it very easy and painless to switch the policy from the old to new car! I have personally been a customer for 13+ years and my family for years beyond that.
