Unreliable. Unaccountable. Unsympathetic. Unprofessional. The owner Joan actually said to me, after failing to deliver my order, "well, it's just flowers!". I cannot believe a florist would actually say this to a customer. Sending flowers are the equivalent of saying "I'm thinking of you". It's an expression of love. It's not "just flowers" when you are trying to recognize an important person on an important day. I couldn't be less disappointed in a florist. Try Bob Moore Flowers instead.
Not friendly to customers. Very snobby, stuck up attitude. Not very many flowers to choose from and the ones there are quite shabby. No plants at all! Not sure why they think they're so great...
