Doesn’t deliver on services paid for. Has taken at least 4k from multiple couples and that’s just who we are aware of.

To chime in with the others - over a year since I’ve been married. May of 2024 in fact. Non delivery of video. Poor communication and endless excuses. 2k down the drain. I’d encourage anyone who got scammed to file a civil resolution trial as myself and several others have. Update: this guy clearly has experience dodging civil tribunals and people trying to get their money back so if you hire him you can’t even get your money back because he’s adept at lying

Tom over promised and under delivered. He had constant excuses and would completely ignore our messages. We eventually had to threaten to take legal action after 6months and fortunately received our photos and video. His contracts are a complete scam. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Please do NOT hire this photographer despite his talent.

Do not book with Tom Armstrong. We signed a contract and paid a $2,400 deposit for wedding photography. After accepting our deposit, he shut down his business and relocated out of province. He then informed us that he would not be honoring the contract and would not be returning our deposit. No reasonable replacement coverage was arranged. The contract was voided by him — not by us.
