To chime in with the others - over a year since I’ve been married. May of 2024 in fact. Non delivery of video. Poor communication and endless excuses. 2k down the drain and a dead grandparent who will never see the video.
After over a year from the wedding. Tom has still not provided any of the videos that are long overdue. Not trustworthy and not responsive. Please do not book him as we are now out on our payment and most importantly the videos from a once in a lifetime event. Very disappointing.
A year since our wedding and we are still waiting on our video. Many self imposed deadlines given by Tom have come and gone without delivery, interspersed with months of being ghosted. Unfortunately we will be pursuing this through the small claims court now. One to avoid!
Terrible experience working with Tom. Complete lack of responsiveness, had our wedding a year ago and still have not received any of the deliverables. Please do not book with him. He is unreliable and not trustworthy.
