Been to Tom and Ann's twice, showed a picture both times of what I wanted. Dark underneath and Dramatic platinum on top. Both times I was dissatisfied. Treated me well but never fixed it.
Once again I want to thank Porscha for such an amazing job with my hair. I decided to make a drastic change, and have my hair colored purple and the expectations were met. I'm super happy about it, the service is great, everybody is very polite and the place is super clean and hip. I will definitely be going there again for my next hair dye.
Leslie is the real jewel of Tom and Ann's! I've been going there for 3 years, and I've had nothing but great experiences. She's an expert at cutting, styling and coloring, and if there's only 10 truly wonderful people you meet in your life, she'll be on that list.
