Dr. Tolunsky should review a patient's medical history prior to seeing the patient, especially if the patient has been a patient at Caremount for many years. He shouldn't rely solely on the "form."
My visit was very beneficial. Dr. Tolunsky was very thorough and everything worked out very well for me.
