Had my furnace stop working. Thought it might have been the igniter so I took it in to get a new one. The guys there actually recommended i not waste my money for a replacement because the old one should be just fine. Amazing how kind they were and didn't just try and make the company money that route. Still can't figure it out so I'll be calling them to schedule a service call now! Highly recommend them!!
Horrible experience. My heat went out Tuesday night. I called Tolson Wednesday first thing in the morning. They then called me later letting me know a tech finished a job and was on the way. He’d be there in just a few minutes. I left work, and lost 2 hours of work waiting due to a miscommunication of where the tech was. He gets there, and completed a maintenance package that was hopefully going to fix the issue, all to find out the furnace had fuel the entire time.
