They came out about a month ago worked on my air conditioner. Got it working pretty good said I needed a part called him today. I told him it’s freezing up. He hung up on me now I paid these people $700 to fix my shit then I told him today see if it’s under warranty and he hung up on me that the way they do business do not never get any of mine or anybody I know
Sub freezing temperatures with mounds of snow Tolson Comfort System came through! Replaced a Reznor heater at the shop and now we are toasty warm. The cat and myself couldn't be happier!
Had my furnace stop working. Thought it might have been the igniter so I took it in to get a new one. The guys there actually recommended i not waste my money for a replacement because the old one should be just fine. Amazing how kind they were and didn't just try and make the company money that route. Still can't figure it out so I'll be calling them to schedule a service call now! Highly recommend them!!
Horrible experience. My heat went out Tuesday night. I called Tolson Wednesday first thing in the morning. They then called me later letting me know a tech finished a job and was on the way. He’d be there in just a few minutes. I left work, and lost 2 hours of work waiting due to a miscommunication of where the tech was. He gets there, and completed a maintenance package that was hopefully going to fix the issue, all to find out the furnace had fuel the entire time.
