About as bad an experience as I've ever had with car repairs. Actually, probably the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. I brought the car in for 5 things, mostly getting gauges fixed, and he only fixed one of them, and the bill was $2900! He goes in hard with the "upsells" and when you don't agree to them he does them anyway. He did $2300 in repairs I didn't agree to. When I made him stop work, he gave me the cost, and then raised it again when I arranged for pickup. He made me pay cash to get the car. He doesn't ... read more
