We waited 50 minutes in the office, our appointment was right after the office opened for lunch so it wasn't because they were busy and had a bunch of patients back there. Was one other patient waiting to be seen who got there at the same time as me and they went back after 30 minutes. We get to the back the assistant looks at my daughters face and sees she has eczema, and said that was an issue and she wasn't sure the Dr would see her because she had a "break out". Been to several children’s dentists and this place is by far the best. Gentle, compassionate and caring with the children. The pediatric dentist they’re is so kind! My 6 yr old was uncomfortable and scared and he did a great job showing concern and speaking to her in a very comforting way. He also explains everything and I just really feel that he has my child’s best interest at heart. The staff are all very understanding and it’s Just a great place in general.
Going to Tolosa has been the best experience. I have a highly sensitive child and they have been so patient, so gentle, and so thoughtful about her care. I feel very informed, never pressured, and my kiddo is able to take the time to feel comfortable every step of the way. I am incredibly grateful to Tolosa!
Our second time coming to Tolosa and we had a terrible experience. Dr. Luther did not take our time into any kind of consideration with our two kids under 3 and really didn’t seem to care much about us walking out of the office. Office staff was great.
