I want to start by saying the customer service here went far above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like we had been regulars for years, even though it was our first visit. This place is truly a hidden gem for Mexican cuisine in New York City. I’m genuinely embarrassed I ate here. Spent $16 on the chicken tacos, waited THIRTY MINUTES and they only gave me TWO TACOS. TWO. $8 a piece, they didn’t even taste good, didn’t even have onion and cilantro. Estafa, NUNCA volveré.
