STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! These freaking animals were contracted by Sear's to install a microwave and dishwasher. Took me 3 weeks to get them out to my house. The manager left me a voicemail on my phone talking crap about me!!! Why do o have to pay my hard earned money and let them talk sh*t to me too... MADNESS. this is the worst ever company i have experienced in texas. i bought a microwave from sears and sears contracted out to these people for installation. they called me to schedule an appointment on a particular day 1-5pm. on the day of appointment, they call me two hours before schedule at 11Am ish, and tells me i have to be at my home in 5 minutes.. so i told them i made arrangements to take time off for that 4 hours so i can be there, but right i am at work and i cannot make it. they then tell me that they will have to resch... read more
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Not only did their techs skip our service call (that we arranged our work schedules to be home for) but they also were extremely rude on the phone, calling my husband a jackass when he called to try and reschedule the appt.! I honestly believe they were day-drunk. I literally cannot believe this company is still in business. they couldn't find problem. I took a look myself later, found the issue within 1 minute. I wouldn't use them even as a last resort. I asked them to come and fix their mistake since i KNEW the issue and it would take them 5 mins to fix, they said that i still owed them for the last visit for which i refused to pay since they were sent by the manufactuer and didn't fix a thing and hardly even tried to identify issue.
