I'm a courier and often wait up to 45min for orders regardless of size. Keep in mind this is after driving 15-20min to get there and waiting 10-15 min before I'm acknowledged and given them the order name and the service I'm driving for. This restaurant consistently fails to begin making anything until I've been there for at least 20min after they finally acknowledge me.
