I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Ronda. In August, I paid money to secure an apartment, but she has failed to fulfill her end of the deal. Despite being approved and paying the fees, she claimed that the landlord kept on delaying to fill out necessary paperwork, and therefore the move-in date was pushed back twice. Two months later, Ronda informed me that I could not move into the apartment because “the landlord and the current tenant extended their lease behind our backs”. Not to mention tha... read more
