BE AWARE prior to purchasing in the townhouses developments please do your research about this place and their HOA management. These places are going well over 150k and dealing with the entitlement of some of these HOA members is not worth it in my opinion. That’s all I’ll say.

I hope people see this and read this before buying or renting in some of the Tollis condos and/or apartments. HOA here (maybe not all… but definitely ours) thinks they’re some sort of gods. You will be harassed about nearly everything and I’m not referring to things outside of the rules. They make rules as the days go by. New rules all the time. You will be targeted because many of the owners here believe this area is their own and also apparently believe this is a retirement home/area. Your kids will be harassed by elders f... read more
Been here for 4 years its a great neighborhood, property is maintained, other tenants are respectful no complaints.
