This has got to be the absolute worse Management company in the World!!! Management??? What do they manage????? Not a thing!!! they sit on their butts in offices and collect fees to do absolutely nothing!!! Residents constantly in violations. Parking in the streets with signs posted no parking anytime. Dogs running lose crapping in yards. If you call them you get voicemails saying they will contact you right back???? NOT!!!!!!
Jay was excellent to work with and helped get the information I needed promptly.
Casey is an amazing property Manager. She cares equally about the owner and the tenant. She has gone above and beyond for us and our tenants several times. I recommend them consistently to people who are looking for a Property Manager. Zoe is also great and is helpful getting me any information I need.
Misty is great! She always been very responsive to me and willing to help in any way she can. I appreciate her very much!
