When Christopher Watts was our community manager, things were great. He was understanding, kind, worked with you to get the violations taken care of, and treated you with respect. The person I'm dealing with now, Jane, is the opposite of Chris. I got a violation for weeds in the flower garden. I explained to her that I will take care of it, but I'm going through chemo and it's been rough. A second notice was sent, with the threat of a contractor coming out and taking care of it at full cost to me. That was sent on 7-23-25. I... read more
