I'm extremely disappointed in their service. Our HOA Board replaced our tennis court lights with the incorrect lights, making the courts darker than they used to be at night. I thought Tolley, as the property manager, was supposed to oversee these major amenity modifications, but they were either not involved or didn't veto the contractor accordingly. My experience with this company has been emotionally exhausting, financially frightening, and completely devoid of the communication and basic respect homeowners deserve.
