Very good doctors. Their staff are very good too. I will always recommend.
Dr. Bankett is the best Pediatrician in the Southern Maryland. She has been caring for my children since he was born and he is an adult now. Great service and an excellent doctor. She truly cares about children's well-being and health .
My granddaughter has been a patient since 2019!! The entire staff are experienced, kind , caring health care professionals. From the initial call to schedule appointment till our visit we are treated very well. We are forever grateful to be a patient with the best pediatrician!! Mary always is kind , helpful and supportive. Thanks to the entire team/ staff.
My daughter has been a patient with Dr. Eisenbrey since she was little. Dr. Eisenbrey has since merged with Dr. Tollese Bankett office. I haven’t had any issue till now. I wasn’t made aware of any office policy regarding Medicaid and missed appointment, till I had the pleasure of calling to cancel my daughter appt due to insurance. I was told this would be considered a “ no call no show “ and because I have Medicaid and my daughter will no longer be seen by Dr. Eisenbrey. Here we go….since I have time…. Please send me a copy of any agreement I’ve signed with your office that states “ if a patient who holds Medicaid insurance has 4missed ( well visits) the office has the right to dismiss the patient from the practice”. And if that’s a policy because you “ can’t charge” Medicaid patients for missed appointment, please do us all a favor and stop accepting Medicaid Insurance.
