We had carpet replaced and after installation, the "off-gasing" last for nearly 2 months WITH significant expense in carbon filters, industrial fans, air purifiers, and carpet cleaners. Also there were stray staples in the carpet afterwards
No words can explain the frustration they have caused me
I've given them 2 years to correct their errors and I get nothing from them. Tollefsons did all of our flooring and built a tiled shower for us in our master. The tiles in the shower ended up getting hairline cracks on 3 of the 4 different walls in about 15 tiles. It took 14 months for them to finally come out and replace the tile.
