They were nice and knowledeable. But it was $500 for 15 min and not covered by insurance to tell me even though ive been in pain for about a year theres nothing wrong.
I had an MRI with technician Jen on 8/4/25. Jen was terrific; not only was she technically proficient and thoroughly professional, but also she was intelligent, personable, caring, communicative, quick-witted, and funny. I hope I never need another MRI, but if I do, I want Jen to do it. Addendum: I neglected to comment on my experience with the administrative staff, which was lovely and welcoming and efficient. From the minute, I walked in everyone was friendly fast efficient and Jen was utterly amazing. It was hard to sit still, but she made it so easy.
I was shocked when I went on for a x- rays the radiologist did not drape me in a vest to protect me from radiation to other parts of my body. The x ray happened very quickly and I didn’t say anything! I will not be returning and will go somewhere else that shows more compassion and interest in my health.
From the moment I called I schedule my MRI, Jessica K. took exceptional care of me. She knew I was in pain and when an appointment opened up that was sooner than the one I had scheduled, she reached out to offer it to me. When I arrived for my MRI, she had already prepared the technician for me. I can't recall the techs name but she was wonderful; clear in her directions, extremely considerate of my discomfort and she explained what I should expect every step of the way.
