From the moment I called I schedule my MRI, Jessica K. took exceptional care of me. She knew I was in pain and when an appointment opened up that was sooner than the one I had scheduled, she reached out to offer it to me. When I arrived for my MRI, she had already prepared the technician for me. I can't recall the techs name but she was wonderful; clear in her directions, extremely considerate of my discomfort and she explained what I should expect every step of the way. This is my 3rd time coming to Tolland Imaging and the facility and staff have consistently been amazing so professional, clean, kind & truly subject matter experts. They make sure you feel comfortable heard and supported my visits are always flawless it is such well running office. They are the best!
I went here for mammo and bone scan; very calm atmosphere, the women are kind and competent.
Waited over an hour for my results to be read remotely. This system is not working for the patients. When you come in for a follow up and are already anxious about the results the added wait time is unkind.
