I’ve been really enjoying my experience at Tolland CrossFit. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and pay close attention to proper form and technique, which makes me feel comfortable and safe while learning. The classes are challenging in a good way, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and encouraging for all fitness levels. I’m happy I joined and always look forward to coming to class!

I can’t say enough about Tolland CrossFit this place has truly changed my life. Two years ago, I walked in at 350 pounds, unsure if I could even keep up. Dj and the staff at Tolland CrossFit were very welcoming and accommodating to me as a new member. Tolland CrossFit has a great space with a robust equipment cache to match their top tier programming.
