Can’t recommend this gym enough especially for anyone who is new to CrossFit. I am active enough but knew CF would be a significant challenge for me starting out. I am so grateful to have found Tolland CrossFit - the coaches will meet you where you’re at no matter your fitness level, or how new you are to the CrossFit world. Came by for a drop-in class and it was a blast. Welcoming group and friendly atmosphere. Warm up was comprehensive and the HERO wod was just what I needed.

I have been at Tolland Crossfit for a little over a month now. I absolutely love it! The coaches are great, and able to meet you at any fitness level you are at. In additon, everyone attending class is beyond welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about trying it out!

Been coming here since 2018. Amazing community of members and great coaches. No pressure or egos. Good programming and challenges for all skill levels. Awesome hours and access to the gym.
