My partner and I recently moved in around a month and a half ago and we are really enjoying our new home! My significant other and I recently joined the Toll Gate Estates neighborhood with a lease starting in May and could not be more excited to get settled. The property is quiet, tucked off the main road and lined with trees. Neighbors we have come across have been polite and friendly, and maintenance crew are helpful and patient. Stacy is super friendly and has been incredibly helpful so far. Moved in the other day and the place is super nice. All new appliances, fresh paint, and it looks like the building has actually been cared for. The neighborhood has been quiet so far which is exactly what I've been looking for.
The move in process was quick and easy. Stacy was very kind and understanding. The house is very nice with new appliances, the corner unit was certainly a steal!
Stacy was very helpful during the moving in process during a difficult time in my life. She is compassionate and kind and tollgate is a nice place neighbors and maintenance staff very helpful. Ty for this pleasant experience.
