6 months here as a tollgate estates resident and I’m very pleased. Orginally from the big city and tollgates has been a very pleasant transition into a more quieter, family oriented neighborhood. The property manager, Stacey, is actually one of the best landlord/ property managers I have ever dealt with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I can’t express enough enthusiasm about moving to Toll Gate Estates Groton. The location is perfect, an incredibly safe and quiet neighborhood. Recently moved into our townhouse and we absolutely love it! Stacy is super nice and very communicative. We’ve probably asked her a thousand questions and she answers them all immediately, she even left us a little welcome basket on move in day. It’s located in a quiet area and the pictures on the website match the units to a tee. We’re so happy to be here!
Just moved in and we are loving it already! Our unit was clean and looked just as pictured. The area is nice and the neighbors are friendly. The property manager, Stacy, is so kind, helpful and answers any questions you may have, in a promptly manner! 10/10 would recommend!! :)
From inquiring about tollgates to moving in was 100% a great experience. Stacy is awesome with a sweet and funny personality. She communicated with us from day one and always responsive to our questions. Move in day was such a ease after a long trip. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Our place was renovated and is very nice and spacious.
