The move in process was quick and easy. Stacy was very kind and understanding. The house is very nice with new appliances, the corner unit was certainly a steal!
Stacy was very helpful during the moving in process during a difficult time in my life. She is compassionate and kind and tollgate is a nice place neighbors and maintenance staff very helpful. Ty for this pleasant experience.
Very friendly move in process. Great area for a family with ample shopping around. Off street parking is a plus. The property manager Stacy made everything very easy for our move, even with us moving from the other side of the state.
6 months here as a tollgate estates resident and I’m very pleased. Orginally from the big city and tollgates has been a very pleasant transition into a more quieter, family oriented neighborhood. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I can’t express enough enthusiasm about moving to Toll Gate Estates Groton. The location is perfect, an incredibly safe and quiet neighborhood.
