We went to Ca in early May 2023 and visited Toll Brothers Metro Crossing condominiums. We told the Sales Agent Minji Lee that we also saw another similar unit for sale by owner that was lower in price. The Toll Brothers Field Rep said she could get us around that range by using a referral credit in which if a friend referred us to Toll Brothers they would get a 10K referral fee and they could assign that credit to us to effectively lower our cost to purchase. The Toll Brothers are liars. They do not fulfill their duties and people are nothing to them. People's rights are nothing to them. Only people's loot. Even if the person is a party to the contract, they will not even communicate with the person in any case, only through the court, where they already have everything agreed. We bought a Toll Brothers home in Brisbane, just south of San Francisco, in late 2014. Two months ago we retained a painting contractor to do a complete exterior painting for the house. During the process the contractor found that there were some serious water damage behind the sidings, caused by poor construction quality that allowed water accumulation and water penetration. Went to a Toll Brothers development in Rocklin. Only two models shown where there should be five. Had to go to another development that was closing for ever in order two see two other models which still didn't add up to five. Otherwise, models are nicely done albeit overpriced.
